District Courts Rules 2009 forms

The Ministry of Justice has produced forms that are designed for practical use in the District Courts and that correspond to those prescribed in the District Courts Rules 2009. The forms apply to the new claims process introduced by the new rules.

Until the District Courts Rules 2009 come into force on 1 November 2009, these user-friendly forms are provided here, on the PCO website. After that date, the Ministry of Justice expects that they will be available from a Ministry website.
